>ERIN: It reminds me of Keat's poem Ode on a Grecian urn. You know those
Grecian urns with a story painted on it. It is kind of map-like but because
you have to look at part of it at a time it becomes story-like.

I went and read Zeilenger's article right after reading your email. When
reading about the "three-dimensional space they call information space."
I kept thinking about that passage in Lila (sorry i don't have a page number)
where Pirsig talks about how there are more than two states of the computer, 1
and O there is also when the computer is turned off. It again reminded me of
this idea that the difference was "order in motion"
Itis new space is much closer to our reality, as its axes correspond to the
answers of yes or no questions about an elementary system. An electron's spin
can be measured, or quantised, along the x, y, or z axes of real space, which
gives the three dimensions of information space a clear correspondence with
reality. In other two-state systems the connections are not so obvious, but
three independent propositions will always exhaust the possibilities.
