Good points, all of them, and I hope to find the
writing by James as suggested. As for the Quakers, I
should refrain from saying too much, because I have
little experience with the religion. But I do believe
they were/are a good example of Dynamic intellectual
Quality; if you'd be able to extend this statement or
refute it with more information, I'd be very happy. I
want to keep learning!
I guess all I can say further about dogma is that it
comes in the form of just about any social situation,
and yes, it's almost too big of a trap to avoid.
Furthermore, avoiding all dogma is a social pattern
in-and-of itself! There's a dilemma here...
