Wim Hi

The thoughts I expressed are my "personal opinions", and I see nothing wrong
with that, I have tried to read this thread from the beginning and I cannot
see what you are getting at. The question I thought seemed obvious, but now
I'd like you to explain to me, which society are you talking about, European
Society, American, Chinese or a more general "Is the society of mankind
progressing."

Also your notion of "leading nation". really throws me, who are you or who
is anybody to say which nation leads the world in anything, other than in
militarily or monetary terms.

There is no way forward, there are ways forward, none of which are wholly
good or bad, you seem to want to define a new code of practice for mankind,
there is no such thing, there are six billion people on this planet all
moving forward in their own small way, who can tell any of them they are
wrong.

There are no rights of man, these are only those rights we wish to have for
ourselves, the second we are born we have no rights, they are given to us by
society, they mean nothing.

There is no right path to enlightenment, DQ or whatever you want to call it,
All there is the notion of good, a good man/woman, a good society.
