Yup, I've noodled with this idea. Most here don't like it, though, since
it's no help to the moral hierarchy. Another idea would be something like
a United Nations, but with some kind of twist I can't imagine or predict.
I think the Internet is an amazing phenomena. It just seemed to pop out of
nowhere and take off, and no one saw it coming. It's something to watch
closely, I think.
