Thanks very much. Your post on "Value and Time" of 22 August really
rang a lot of responsive chords in me, most of which you already know
from my replies to many of your previous posts. I'm definitely a
Whiteheadian and the lure of beauty has been a major theme in my life
as I believe beauty to be the most accessible knowledge of Quality's
omnipresence. You also know how and why we disagree on attaining
access to the dynamic, probably because I've had several years of
"practice" in the 10-Step program of AA and Alanon where I learned how
to attain access without going off on a monastic retreat or paying
anyone a dime. Wilber has himself a nice little business going selling
his ideas to corporations which is fine in the spirit of free markets and
capitalism, but smacks a bit too much of opportunism for my taste.
Be that as it may, I look forward to your posts because they are always
positive and thought-provoking, i.e. high Quality. Thankfully we've had
some disagreements so growth could occur.
