I do not agree, 'and what remains of the DQ experience is no more than
static patterns of value. Even our memory of it.'

IMO what remains of DQ is the change in me. When I use a static pattern to
describe what I experienced, I am one step removed from my memory of change.
After repeating words I forget the change and the song loses some of its
beauty. If I never hear the song again, I am haunted by its beauty. I
become sad for a lost moment. I become less willing to be lucky. When I go
to New York, I see a dirty, destroyed city. Growing has become shit as my
awareness threshold keeps out all memory of DQ. SOM is the pile I live in.
Know Thyself! is a call to reawaken memory. All the orders are in me. I
can remember them.

'Your experiences etc'...It seems we are talking about the chicken and the
egg.

IMO The connection between knowledge and action is like a bridge. Whimsey!
I don't know why I did that? Memory! Well it could happen again. Trust!
In the social order trust in communication is a slippery bridge. Dogma!
Where I am dogma is a monstrous bridge. Certainty! In the dynamic
intellectual order, certainty is the normal bridge. The Suni's acceptance
of the value of the other's culture was proof against torture. I don't know
why I call that normal? I accept that there is a solar, cosmic, universal,
absolute order of Revelation with Faith as the bridge. I act from certain?
experience. I am the bridge.
