In a message dated 98-10-28 11:14:27 EST, you write:

<< i will cast my vote for morality, even though the other topics are very
intriguing as well. however, i am wondering if morality is too wide a topic,
as some have suggested of the current topic Dynamic Quality. after all, Lila
is an Inquiry into Morals itself. is there a way to perhaps concentrate on
only a portion of Lila? perhaps a pertinent chapter like chapter 24?

After reading your post i finally found the quote i was arguing. It was on
p299 in my book. I still don't think that the monkey had an "intellectual
knowledge" of using the stone to break the coconut. I think that your quote
is arguing that intellect is Dynamic Qualities response to the question of
"what social quality is best." With my premise that the monkey had no
intellectual static quality to speak of, I would follow that it was not
intellect. If you want to continue why i think that we can.
