Alright then. Let the Lila Squad take up an issue in committee, in a
focused group. When it has pounded the issue into some shape
and form, let the issue then go before the MD as is or is not required for
for final shaping. But what then? Leave the issue "spread out" in
the archives. Can you (moq.org) afford an extra archive dedicated to
recording some kind of general summation regarding the monthly issue
(for the unwashed masses)?
If the committee summation wanted to be challenged, the issue could be
re-opened in MD. If confusion still reigned, the issue could then be
opened again in committee. Sort of a commitee-to-general
floor-to-commitee-to general floor etc. kinda thing.
