    Spreadsheet is on it's way to you with all the data received so far. I'll email you off list
    about it.

    Once we get sufficient data we can put it on the site as a downloadable file and
    (eventually) as an HTML reference.

    I anyone else has any more data, send it in it can be incorporated.
