    Mark, But who distinguishes between the two?  The two views are totally intertwined in the minds of most people.  What does it matter if the distinction resides in the minds of philosophers?  

    I bet you can visualize God taking up a sword.  Can you imagine God giving birth to a baby human?  Suckling the baby at his breast?   The word god is no longer appropriate.  It represents SQ of low value.   It represents not only an incomplete idea of humanity, it seldom represents
