Mark, But who distinguishes between the two? The two views are totally
intertwined in the minds of most people. What does it matter if the distinction
resides in the minds of philosophers?
Mark 9-8-04: Hi Marsha, This is the way experience says it is.
I bet you can visualize God taking up a sword. Can you imagine God giving
birth to a baby human? Suckling the baby at his breast? The word god is no
longer appropriate. It represents SQ of low value. It represents not only an
incomplete idea of humanity, it seldom represents
Everything-Is-Connected-To-Everything.
You wrote, "Men are nothing without social status." I say phooey!!! You've
got to be taught to think such a shallow thought.

Mark 9-8-04: If we are going to have a discussion i should be most grateful
if you could distinguish between what i think and what is generally thought.
The two are not necessarily the same.
Thanks,
Mark
