Being good to people is socially desirable. What if you have unfriendly
inklings so now and then? There's a social pressure to supress those
feelings. So if we don't adapt to a friendly style, are we justified to
be unfriendly? If we feel strivings to be bad, must we be honest and
allow ourselves to do bad or even evil things?
(I'm not particularly backing up DMB, by the way. I enjoy your
consistent and clear writings. This question however occured to me when
I read the above).
