    SQ creates foundations for the DQ possibilities. Quarks and proteins
    can't take much credit for Beethoven. Maxwell's equations can take even
    less credit. SQ is what creates the subtle interactions that lead to
    new spaces of possibility. To say that DQ contains the possibility that
    our biosphere breathes chlorine instead of oxygen isn't much better than
    saying that DQ contains the possibility of pigs flying to 10,000 feet.

    SQ fills (some unknowable fraction of) the space/potential created by
    DQ. Neither is a subset of the other.
