    not all this stuff you quote was me.
    I take your points, and glad to see
    someone else into the association
    of DQ with possiblilities. Where
    I say DQ contains all possibilities
    I understand that these can only
    be realised via SQ. But when Shakespeare
    decides to go for ...'to be or not to be'
    instead of 'to be or to be not' he has
    been using the available DQ to him
    I did not say DQ contained all possibles
    at time=0.
