    mel:
Loss, looking back, is tender and not pleasant, but it can have about it
a quality of connection, compassion, and sacred regard for the beloved.

Physical pain is almost selfish in its solitude, almost vanity~in a way.

An attitude of non-acceptance can bring either experience to become
    suffering.

As with others I offer condolensces, and Chris offers wonderful advice.

    Good luck

    thanks--mel
