    No facts without an interpretative framework.
    Scientific agreement starts with agreeing our
    framework, then we can do the tests and
    allow the results to determine what reality
    has to say about our framework. You may
    not like it, but that's how science really works.
    Things/facts can really change, there has been stuff recently
    about do particles really exist, is volocity of light really
    constant, are genes the only means of inheritance, etc?
