Marsha)To think our language is so weird. Maybe it's time again to speak
    with
    the poets.

    "Her mind is Tiffiny twisted...."

Chin)The one thing I want to say to you is this -- If you will look back
through our history, you might see as I have that it is the artists, poets,
musicians, and play-writes of our cultures who have always been at the
leading edge of this Quality experience. (I would also view science as an
    art)

I had long lost the desire to listen to the Beatles for instance, but as I
have been reading from these forum emails, the Beatles' songs I thought were
out of my head have been creeping back in, and I find myself huming them,
and enjoying their DQ once again. The Beatles' songs are only a part of the
tunes that are creeping back in, but it had been a long time since I thought
of the Quality of the 'Beatles' songs as I do now.

(Right now, it is the Greatful Dead;)

Why is it that the people who once despised the music I listened to (Beatles
would be bubble gum music in comparison) now actually enjoy it? Did it grow
on us? What about Jimi Hendrix? -- How is it that some 30 years later teens
are still listening to Hendrix and Joplin and The Dead?

When I mention Woodstock around kids 30 years younger, it is like a closing
of a gap; maybe a blind spot like dmb speaks of.

Be true to yourself in your painting. Let it be beautiful to you. Don't
second guess yourself. Send me a signed original ;o)

    Chin
