    Thanks for the compliment with the website. I thought it would be nice to
    have a bit of an oasis from all the clutter, pop-up pages and adverts that
    otherwise litter the web and will send your comment on to Stephen Mills - my
    long suffering student who helped to create it. Stephen probably doesn't
    have any hair left from all the cack-handed adjustments I made though if he
    is bald now he can at least say that its because he's a student of Zen....

    Anyway, I'll swap a PDF copy of the PhD for a new copy of Bernard Goldberg's
    "Bias" book which can now be bought for $4.95 at:

    I'd rather have the brownies (butterscotch - one of my favourite flavours as
    well) but the customs people would probably eat them. Anyway, let me know

    me). The Goldberg book should be sent to my University address (given on
    the website),
