Today I made two batches of butterskotch brownies, carved em all up into pieces, made a bunch of celophane raps with 3 pieces put in each, even tied them with girly ribbons to give that added vinear of quality, and drove them to the library where a youth group is selling baked goods to raise sutnami funds. This donation was my way of helping them out. After looking at all the other goodies they had there to sell, I glanced back and saw how reasonably they'd priced my brownies compared to everything else they had there, and never being one to pass up a good deal, I bought them all back and drove them home again. Am eating one now as a matter of fact. Which leads me to this, Ant. When am I gonna set my eyes on a PDF of your PHD? Don't forget me, now. - Rich

    To everyone on MOQ Discuss,

Just a quick note to say thank you to everyone who pledged money, cakes and
over-priced sesame-seed pastries to the Tsunami disaster in return for an
e-copy of my PhD Thesis. I don't know how much money people would have
donated anyway but the total pledged amounted to at least $1500.

For the notice of the couple of people still waiting for a copy, I am still
waiting for the PDF version of the PhD to be processed. Hopefully this
should arrive in the next couple of days. In the meantime and following
Platt's suggestion concerning the Epilogue (which he thought was a good
summary of the MOQ), I've put the Preface and Epilogue on my updated website
    for downloading.

As with the PDFs the updated website has been formatted by Stephen Mills
(formerly a student of mine). I think Stephen's done a really high quality
job despite my "artistic" meddling with his work so please take a look. I
also plan to put a couple of very interesting MOQ papers on there in the
    near future.

    Best wishes,

    Anthony
