Interesting Erin,
I see George Lakoff rates the book.
He's the person I've seen do most in this space.
I read and reviewed both "Metaphors We Live By" and "Women, Fire and
Dangerous Things" by Lakoff some years ago. Impressed by both.
My view was / is "everything" is metaphor - it's just that some
metaphor's are dead.
