To define primary reality in terms of static patterns seems quite dogmatic,
kind of headed towards an absolute truth. Isn't this what Pirsig is trying
to get us away from?
For myself option C would be 'It depends'. It depends on what we need the
answer for. Once we are away from an ineffable non-attributed indefinable
all anything goes. We pick the rules depending on the game.
