Mark Heyman commented about the Iraq invasion May 5th:

And the evidence of [Blair's] deception is just about overwhelming by now,
    right?

    Ant McWatt replied May 6th:

Very much so, hence the substantial drop in the Labour vote and the election
of George Galloway, an ex-Labour MP who stood at this election as an
independent candidate on an anti-war platform. At least in the next
session of parliament we can look forward to some barracking of Tony Blair
about the “Iraqi-gate” affair from good old Galloway!

    Ant McWatt comments:

    Mark,

I thought you might be interested to know that George Galloway is presently
on a televised hearing of the U.S. Senate Committee answering charges of
making money by selling oil on Saddam Hussein’s behalf. It's definitely
making for high quality TV viewing! No doubt Bush Junior thought he do
Blair a favour by trying to make Galloway look corrupt though from what I’ve
seen so far the Senate will have a hard time proving these (almost certainly
    false) allegations.

    Best wishes,

    Anthony.
