    Ant, Mark and all:

    Ant said to Mark:
I thought you might be interested to know that George Galloway is presently
on a televised hearing of the U.S. Senate Committee answering charges of
making money by selling oil on Saddam Hussein's behalf. It's definitely
making for high quality TV viewing! No doubt Bush Junior thought he do
Blair a favour by trying to make Galloway look corrupt though from what I've

seen so far the Senate will have a hard time proving these (almost certainly

    false) allegations.

    dmb says:
The liberal talkradio network "Air America" was playing Galloway exerpts all
day. He's become an instant hero in come circles and I was very impressed
too. They're saying he "ripped the Senate Republicans a new asshole", which
is an understated American way of saying he spanked them. In describing the
case for war, he must have used the phrase "pack of lies" a dozen times.

i love grown ups with spines. Wish there were a thousand more like him.
