Hi Mike,
Thanks for explaining value-centric reason. I think I get it. "Centric"
refers to the unprovable initial assumption that launches reason into its
endless machinations. Thus, materialists use substance-centric reason,
idealists semiotics-centric reason, theologists God-centric reason,
MOQ'ers value-centric reason, etc. Is that right? Which reminds me of Ben
Franklin's truism about reason: "So convenient a thing it is to be a
rational creature since it enables us to find or make a reason for
everything one has a mind to do."
