What's shameful is being in denial of what Pirsig affirms.

quote. You guys might be interested in following the discussion
there.
I, for one, am really tired of seeing Pirsig's words, especially this
particular quote, being distorted and misconstrued in the manner
seen above, all in order to justify some perverted sense of "moral
action."
