    Arlo,

    Isn't it true that good people are already actively involved? How
    could somebody be non-involved and be "good"?
    Perhaps there is some sort of innate potential for goodness in people
    that remains hidden and blocked. But saying they have potential for
    good is saying they are not good yet.
