Paul: This was written specifically for Scott, using terms from a book he
has referenced many times and, hence, I was sure he understood. As he was
able to respond with no fuss I am inclined to ask whether your
incomprehension of my post is a result of my opacity or your ignorance.
Either way, there have been some comments lately (from Case, I think) about
the allegedly excessive level of abstraction and jargon in some of the posts
on this forum. I'd be genuinely interested to hear if this is a generally
held complaint and, if so, what would you want to do about it.
Regards
Paul
P.S. What does joy, or the lack thereof, have to do with this particular
post?
