    Looks to me like your last line would be better, i.e., more accurate, if it
    read, "Once you've danced with contingency, you simply become
    fatalistic and irrational." But I could be wrong, something
    postmodernists can't admit because to them there's no such thing as
    "foundational" right or wrong. :-)
