If you start off with a preconception you can always devise an argument to
support it. But In the MOQ, the highest moral level is not a static pattern
of Universal Health Care. It's freedom.
"This last, the Dynamic-static code, says what's good in life isn't defined
by society or intellect or biology. What's good is freedom from domination
by any static pattern, but that freedom doesn't have to be obtained by the
destruction of the patterns themselves." (Lila, 24)

What if the static pattern that is dominating you is Alzhiemer's or cerebral
palsy or schizophrenia? Or you are 4 years old and the static pattern is
poverty?
In many cases social institutions can promote dynamic quality as easily as
they can be designed to repress it.
