I found the said article, it's seven pages from the Swedish
newspaper "Dagens Nyheter" by Sven Lindqvist. The DeWeese
instalment is from 18 Aug 1994. It is in Swedish and the only
passage about ZMM is rather short, it says
"There's warmth in her coarse smoker's voice when she talks
about Robert Pirsig and his book, points him out in old photo
albums and thumbs through the enormous original manuscript for
ZAMM he once sent her."
There is nothing about him looking through it, but he surely did
and who knows what unknown things he found. You can have
scanned copies of it all if you wish. Perhaps you could contact
good old Magnus Berg, he surely have the time to translate it in
his idle "old age" ;-)
