    You are saying the autonomy in levels 3 and 4 is simply a matter of
    degree, or degrees of sophistication. I'm agreeing, and pointed out
    that depending on your precise definition of autonomy, it's like
    saying intelligence is similarly graded throughout these two layers
    (if no all layers).
