I have read a half dozen e-mails/discussions and have found them to be too esoteric for me. How do I get off your list?

Hi Chaps
Sorry for the delay in replying. I've been off gallivanting for a few days. Thanks for the reply to the questions Platt. Much appreciated - hope you don't mind if I add a couple of comments:

I'm a 'him' on a full time basis!

As Platt says "Defunct due to lack of input/moderation" but I haven't shut it down yet, so if anyone wants to use it.... (Lilasquad list is also available)
> (3) What is the relationship between the Quantonics site and the MoQ site, practically ?
Apart from both sites linking to each other not much. Doug was an early contributor to the discussion groups and a generally OK guy. There's some good stuff on his site. There was a Quantonics mailing list but that doesn't seem to be happening at the moment.

There is also an essay forum if you have an essay or a review that you want to submit.
Anyway, welcome the the list Ian.
A couple of minor points before I go:
1) The website has been undergoing some underlying restructuring to allow for expansion as the old structure was a bit cluttered and not too good to use. About 400 files have been removed and many links have been changed. I think all the links are working properly but if you spot any broken or incorrect links then PLEASE let me know so I can correct them. I'm working on some items on the Links page and I think I have most of the missing stuff.
2) I've noticed a couple of posts mentioning that posts have not been getting through. This is probably due to size problems.I think I've mentioned this in the past but feel free to correct me. At the moment posts are limited to 12KB. This is to prevent any crap that does get through the generally reliable posting securiity (personally speaking my credit rating is OK, I don't need another motgage, my penis is now of sufficient length [and the Viagra!!! Boy is that a welcome relief with the new improved size of my todger] and I'm rapidly becoming richer than Bill Gates thanks to the generosity of certain individuals of Nigerian and Iraqi extraction!) and has been successful so far. If you do have posts that don't get through then check their size - also check that HTML is turned off as this will (at least) double the size of any post. Let me know if you have a problem.
OK Chaps, carry on!
