I do not believe it to be a matter of sentients vs. non-sentients. Sentients
are not the the only patterns capable of Dynamic Quality strides. In a
single-case scenario, these pattern trapping may work, but do it for long
enough and I believe that DQ will come to the rescue and break out of these
pattern traps. It's what evolution has been doing all along already.
Otherwise, I am a bit mystified by your speech. How is it that these
patterns become known? How do you "lie in wait and destroy whoever uses that
pattern"? I'm afraid I will need a little more exposition about being able
to "trap prey through their patterns" before I understand what it is you're
trying to say.
