Yes. "Perception" is a label right out of the S/O division premise.

First, we don't "look for" quality. Pure, direct experience, prior to
"looking," is Quality.
Second, Quality doesn't have quantity. If it can be said to be
characterized by anything, it is intensity. One is more or less aware.
The greatest intensity of experience is a peak experience where one
loses, if only momentarily, the separate self-sense. Great art expands
one's intensity of experience.
Finally, nothing is something. Without the "ground" of nothingness, we
could never know somethingness. In other words, black could not be
without white there, too.

Is that an absolute? Many contributors to this site claim there are no
absolutes.

This makes dynamic quality just "activity." Dynamic Quality precedes action.

No doubt all divisions are static intellectual patterns, the DQ/sq
division being no exception. But, I don't think making DQ the same as
interaction between two objects works "better" That would make the MOQ
a version of SOM dressed up in new garb.
