    Andy: And the US supreme court had enough intersubjective agreement to put GWB in power, but as usual, you fail to see the point. This is not a condemnation of "intersubjective agreement" but in all cases the usurpation of democratic principles. There is also nothing infallible about "intersubjective agreement." There is no measure against which to measure it. Only what works or as James says, "only the expedient in the way of our thinking." Or, from Mcwatts thesis another quote of James, "The truth of an idea is not a stagnant property of an idea. Truth happens to an idea.It becomes true, is made true by events. Its verity is in fact an event, a process, the process of its verifying itself. Its validity is the process of its validation."
