perhaps there is something to say about the status of a truth
before it attains intersubjective agreement, e.g, E=MC2 before
Einstein got it published, but if it is not public it has not laid
claim to truth as we usually see it. But truth is always true
    (provisionally).

When we we say E does not equal mc2. Well if the data under certain
    circumstances
did not deliver this result. It would remain true for certain circumstances
    but not for others.
EG in the earl universe maybe, did you know that scientists are now
    suggested that the speed
of light may vary over lifetime of universe for example. But what is this
    data coming out of experiments?
What we do is attach linguistic (in maths language) signs to certain
experiences (e.g. weigh the test tube)
and we say equals 2 grams. Then we place this answer from nature into our
    language game. But the
attaching of a linguistic sign e.g. 2 or 3.142 is always a matter of
    interpretation.
