Agree that God hasn't chosen the USA or any other country to heal the
world. But, would you agree that it's mission to defeat Nazi Germany and
resist the spread of Communism were legitimate uses of its arms and worthy
of the world's respect and gratitude?
It puzzles me why Europeans are quick to criticize the U.S. when
the U.S. was instrumental in restoring to them the freedom to criticize.
But, I suppose I shouldn't wonder because rarely do we hear a word of
thanks from those we help, even in our own country. Seems to be human
nature to resent those who have the power to render assistance.
