DM: I do not know if you are right about this or not.
I do have some hope that science will continue to push at
its own boundaries and therefore contains a hope that
eventually it will start to look again at its metaphysical
foundations and the importance of its relationship to
philosophy and politics and ethics and value. My novel is really
a fantasy about this possibility. I also think that a full contact with
value
brings back much of the content of religion but in a post-secular way.
I.E. without myths and superstition.
