Hi All,
As an educator, I recognize the need to approach the learning of ideas
in multi-ways. If it works for some, go ahead, just do it. A number of
us probably won't participate because it won't work for us personally.
I also am somewhat skeptical of the end product. However to throw out
an even more crazy idea yet for chatting would be to hold a MOQ
conference where we could converse for real rather than real time.

As someone else who prefers to prepare my contributions to a discussion
(as philosophy) at times that are most convenient to me, I second Wim's
and Bo's comments.
If I want inane chat, I can be talked at by the old soaks round the
corner at my local pub.
