Which seems to bring us full circle to the politics of Noam Chomsky
    again.

How far are you going to get with an objective of dismantling or even
"controlling" capitalism ? (Unless of course, you're proposing bloody
    revolution on a global scale.)

I hasten to add, lest he be further misunderstood, that Noam Chomsky
has NEVER advocated violence against human beings as a means to
social change. I think it's safe to say he finds such activity
abhorrent and immoral, and futile anyway. They bring the rifles, you
bring the grenades, they bring the tanks, you bring Stingers, they
bring the bombers, the bunker-busters, the computer-warriors, DU,
    biological, chemical, and nuclear weapons.

What Chomsky does, better than anyone else I think, is provide
analysis and historical background that allows us to understand the
problems and to sometimes suggest solutions. Even if no solutions
are immediately forthcoming, the problems are identified, and this,
in itself, is an invaluable service.

    Thanks,
    msh
