    Hi Jon, and all,

    You're right. It's time to let him go. I think I've made my point
    about RR, and this will be my last post in this thread.

    Ironically, I believe the avuncular, pleasant image of the man, so
    expertly generated by PR and believed by so many, may be partially
    true. I've often thought I detected in him, in non-scripted moments,
    a genuine sense of decency and humor.

    If one of his handlers had taken him aside and said, "You know when
    you sign these papers 100,000 people will die, most of whom want
    nothing more out of life than a couple of hundred square feet of
    arable land," he may very well have been horrified. Maybe not, but I
    like to think so.
