Pirsig Theory - The quality moment is the immediate
flux of life, the moment where subject becomes aware
of the object. Translate this into business and I get
- Subjects are customers willing to pay for the
quality experience the object enables them to have.
e.g. Paying for the quality moment of tasting a
muffin.

Does anyone have any thoughts along these lines or
know of any books that expand on the above thought?

Thanks

Dewey
