The line "a dim apprehension of something to obscure for language" is
from the philosopher Whitehead and is credited by Pirsig to be an apt
description of Dynamic Quality. It is the realization (as you point out) of
"a world that language doesn't apply to." This world, in Wilber's term, is
the world of "Spirit."

Incidentally, to adhere to grammatical rules is not being a jerk. It
assists the reader in understanding the written word and
demonstrates respect for the reader's time and effort. For example, if
one ignores the rules of punctuation and capitalization, he leaves it up
to the reader to discern when one sentence ends and another begins.
Most readers won't bother. Why should they?
