I think your question is confused because Quality doesn't enable reality,
it is reality. Hence the series of answers the Steve gave you. The
Quality thesis doesn't set Quality as an agent in reality, it sets it as
the whole thing, arguing that when we think of Reality as a collection of
values competing for existence, we will have a view of reality that has the
capacity to include more of our intuitions of it then a view that splits
reality up into mind and matter. Its not materialism, its not idealism,
its not dualism. Its valuism and, as I would argue, a kind of realism.
