Hi Platt,
If I had to judge my paintings a success or failure, I wouldn't have been
able to pick up a brush. I paint to paint. I paint to connect to not-me,
which may be a person, a thing or a concept. For instance, I heard the
expression 'lost and found edges'. That's just like life, as attention and
intention move in and out of focus.
Just to keep painting is success. Painting is a great teacher. It's
movement towards quality. Don't you think?
