Dear Ilya,
You wrote 4 Sep 2004 23:06:35 +0400:
'How does it happen that in our ordinary life we don't feel ourselves as
three separate entities - biological, social and intellectual, but feel
ourselves as one whole self?'
The self we experience is only the conscious part of our patterns of value:
only part of the 4th level patterns of value we identify with.
Aren't there scores of psychological schools that distinguish different
(conscious and sub/unconscious) selves instead of one whole one (and that
try to convince people that they consist of multiple selves contrary to
their experience)?
With friendly greetings,
Wim
