Thank you Struan, I appreciate this.

One of the frustrations I encountered was my naive assumption that the
publisher's manuscript would match the manuscript I submitted. Unfortunately
that hasn't been the case as mysterious mistakes appeared throughout the
book, delaying publication several months. In addition, the state of the
economy has forced me, as a small business owner, to work a regular job as
well as run my business for the last year, consuming 12 to 14 hours a day, 6
days a week, leaving me little time to devote to the LC project. Thank you
for bring that mistake to my attention. I will write 1stBooks and see if it
can be remedied asap.
LC is not a professional philosophy book. It is what it is. There are times
when I think it's the biggest pile of crap I have ever read, and other times
I believe it to be quite a good piece of work. I expect it falls somewhere
in between, dependent on the reader, of course.

Any reviews, good or bad, are greatly appreciated. It will be 30 to 45 days
before LC appears on amazon.com and the other online booksellers.

As I told Jonathan Marder some time ago, I have no interest in working on a
sequel. But thank you for allowing me to use your work in LC as your
writings seem of very high quality to me and helped me see how the book
could be better.
Thanks again.
Dan
