    Hi all,

    Scott:
It actually is an interesting issue. Pirsig consistently capitalizes Dynamic
but not static, and so MOQ loyalists follow suit in this forum, referring to
DQ/sq. But as Erin pointed out a while back, this is prima facie evidence
that the dynamic is being privileged over the static, that the dynamic is
first-class, and the static is second-class, which provides ammunition for
Matt to say that the MOQ makes an appearance/reality distinction, and for me
that the MOQ has fallen off the Buddhist Middle Way that it claims to be on.

Poot: I think that this is a good point. Indeed I have also just begun to
realise this. Mark had brought up the subject of "coherence", which is
basically the balance between DQ-and-SQ. It is not the DQ, or the SQ alone
that equate to higher value, but the coherence between the two.

This being said, I still wonder about achieving a frame of mind where you
are right in front of the coherent vector between DQ-and-SQ (some form of
meditation possibly). since there are many times now, where I reflect upon
past occurences and dwell in that which already is (SQ).
