Ditto to what I said before and I'll raise you this:. While regular folks
may not be hip to the nuances of Math, it effects their lives none the less.
The Copernican Revolution was all about math as were the Newtonian and
Einsteinian revolutions. They changed the the lives of every person on the
planet whether those people understood it or not. Furthermore Math is a kind
of conversation we have with our ancestors dating back at least 5000 years.
Every culture that has advanced to the point of writing has let us a little
something mathematical. It is a language that has been spoken and understood
across time and space from Sumaria to Copenhagen.
