I just finished a paper on wit in shakespeare - if one posits satire as a
form of wit...which is defined as either intellect or the ability to perceive
and express in an ingeniously humorous manner the relationship between
seemingly incongruous things - the second sounds like a requirement for DQ
doesn't it?
(The soapbox is thankfully retreated.)
Soapboxes are noninstitutionalized pedestals.
Hello Neil?
Had King Lear in mind when i spoke about fools. Love Lear.
It has long fascinated me that the fool can appear mad as a hatter and yet
wiser than convention?
Fools may a fantastic area for MoQ research?
That paper of yours? Why not give it an MoQ twist and get it into the forum?
Sounds interesting. Very interesting.
Best wishes,
squonk
